At ewaiq.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and receive a refund.

Returns

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been installed or used
How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided, including the original packaging and receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
